General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to the use of the website www.mutterliebe.com and to all orders placed via the online shop www.mutterliebe.com of animamea GmbH.

animamea GmbH reserves the right to change the GTC at any time. Changes come into effect upon publication on the animamea GmbH website. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive. If you, as an entrepreneur, use deviating or supplementary general terms and conditions, these will only become part of the contract if we have agreed to them in writing.

2. OFFER / CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The offer is aimed at customers residing in Switzerland. The presentation of the product range in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. By clicking on the “buy now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The customer will receive confirmation of receipt of the order by email. This order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the offer, thereby concluding a binding purchase contract.

If animamea GmbH is unable to accept the customer's offer, the customer will be informed of the unavailability or rejection of the order instead of receiving an order confirmation.

3. PRICES
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including statutory value added tax (VAT) and excluding shipping costs. The price in the online shop at the time of ordering is decisive. Prices are subject to change without notice. Volume discounts can be agreed in writing upon request.

4. DELIVERY TERMS / SHIPPING COSTS
Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland. Shipping costs are shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice. The flat-rate shipping costs are: CHF 7.50. Delivery is free of charge for orders over CHF 60.00. Larger quantities and express deliveries can be agreed in writing upon request. Not all “immediately available” products are in stock and may be produced to order, which usually takes up to 5 business days. We will inform you immediately in the event of delays or if a product is no longer available. Partial deliveries are possible by arrangement.

5. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of animamea GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made via PayPal, Twint, or other payment methods offered in the online shop.

7. COMPLAINTS / RETURNS
In the event of a complaint, please contact animamea GmbH. Complaints (incorrect delivery or product defects) must be made by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt of the order. Returns must be postage paid and are the responsibility of the customer. animamea GmbH will refund the shipping costs in the event of incorrect deliveries or defective goods.

8. LIABILITY
All cases of breach of contract and their legal consequences, as well as all claims by the customer, regardless of their legal basis, are conclusively regulated in these GTC. Claims for compensation for damages that did not occur to the product itself are not valid. Liability claims exceeding the value of the order are excluded. The exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

9. PLACE OF JURISDICTION
These GTC are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Dübendorf ZH, Switzerland.
